| National Ranching Heritage Center is located in Lubbock , Texas. It is on the Texas Tech University Grounds. The Center isn't so much like a traditional museum. The old stuff "housed" in the Center is unusual because they have been collecting old ranch houses, barns, out-buildings, etc. Although we missed the opportunity for a docent given lecture on the Victorian home, they often have demonstrations on the old ways with the old buildings as a back drop. Pretty neat little setup they got there. | |
